Delivery Times

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery items are usually despatched within 3 working days after the order has been placed. We aim to deliver within:

2-3 working days for Germany
4-7 working days for Europe
7-15 working days for USA, Canada, Fast East and Australasia and Rest of the World.

Courier Delivery

Courier Delivery service is given priority picking and packing. Items are usually despatched within 2 working days after the order has been placed. Our carrier aims to deliver within:

1-3 working days for Germany and Europe
2-3 working days for USA, Canada, Fast East and Australasia.
3-5 working days for the Rest of the World
Courier Delivery comes at higher shipping prices, please contact us for further information ahead of your purchase. Otherwise the item will be sent out with standard delivery service (GLS / DHL).

Delivery Restrictions

We deliver anywhere in the world but our policy is not to deliver to PO Box addresses.

International Shipping

If your delivery address is not within Germany, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Laudex Online refers each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
