Returns and Refunds
Laudex would like you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order please return to the address below within 31 days of receiving the item. A refund for the goods will be supplied, excluding any shipping costs if the value of the item is below 40 €, within 31 days from receipt of the returned goods without any further charge to you except the direct cost of returning the goods.
Please package the items securely and return with a copy or the original invoice. Credit cannot be given for returned goods, which are damaged in transit. For the return of high value goods, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods, which were not, what you ordered or which are damaged or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, please contact Laudex Online Shop.
